Established Medina law firm seeking experienced legal secretary/paralegal. Must have good written and oral communication skills, ability to prioritize work and organize own time. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and ability to maintain confidentiality with respect to identity of clients and client matters required.
Preferred skills: ability to type 60+ wpm with speed and accuracy; ability to prepare legal documents, notices and briefs with attorney supervision; multi-task; knowledge of basic court procedures and filing requirements; answer and screen phone calls, take messages and handle more complex inquiries, direct or redirect calls.
