Majority of the Buca di Beppo restaurants are open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Its dinner-only restaurants typically are open during the week days, as well as on the weekends. As of December 30, 2007, the Company has 90 existing Buca di Beppo restaurants located across the United States in 25 states and in the District of Columbia.
