Pros: excellent atmosphere, great co-workers, awesome office.
Cons: communication between departments sometimes slips.
Rarely do you ever work in a place where you actually look forward to Monday. Buca is that, and more. The atmosphere is professionally laid back, everyone is willing to help, and the morale in the office is very, very high. It's too bad they're moving to Orlando. I would have stayed here forever.
