Buchanan Technologies has provided an excellent opportunity for me to gain knowledge and experience working as a Help Desk agent. I have developed strong troubleshooting skills solving a variety of software, networking, and printer related issues, as well as administering Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server 2013, Citrix, and SAP.
I have also been able to develop strong customer relationships and have been entrusted to manage one of our newest clients.
