About Buck Institute
The Buck Institute is committed to providing a strong benefits package as part of its total compensation program. The Institute understands the challenges its employees face in successfully managing their work, home and professional commitments and needs. That's why the Institute offers a broad range of programs that make it easier for employees to – more... achieve the right balance in their lives. You can tailor your health and protection coverage to meet your needs and those of your family—now and in the future. You can get a good start on reaching your long-term financial goals with our savings and retirement programs. You'll be eligible for health care coverage, including medical, prescription drug and mental health programs. Medical plans offer flexibility and choice—with both in-network and out-of-network options and at least one Health Maintenance Organization (HMO). In addition to dental and vision care coverage, we offer flexible reimbursement accounts, which are a tax-efficient way to pay for eligible health care and dependent care expenses. Our income and survivor protection benefits safeguard your income and offer financial support to your family when illness or injury prevents you from working, or if you die. Income protection benefits include Institute-paid Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) plans. We also provide another type of income protection—basic life insurance coverage for $50,000, which includes accidental death and dismemberment coverage. You may purchase additional life insurance for yourself, your spouse/domestic partner and your children through CIGNA Life Insurance Company. Other programs and resources the Institute provides include time off benefits (holidays, vacation, and sick leave) and employee assistance programs for consultation and counseling on work and home life issues. – less – More from ZoomInfo »
