They were not up front regarding this position
Payroll Manger (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXJanuary 15, 2018
If I would have known that they only wanted me to implement the ADP system and not to be on-boarded as the Directer I would not have taken that position.
I spent 56 day implementing a payroll system that they purchase in 2009 for 58 location all over Texas.

I learn a lot about no profits company and retirement homes and assisted living.

When they informed me that my job was being eliminated as the payroll Manager.

I most enjoyable part of my job was the people that I interacted with in my time of traveling to the various location.

My experience with Buckner was OK. I believe it would have been a better experience if management at the time that I was employed, had better communication skills.
