Director of Ambulatory Surgery Center (Former Employee) –  Amherst, NYJune 23, 2014
A typical day switched gears from leadership, policy & procedure development, project management, workforce development and training and/or patient care.

Learned operating room circulation, dealing with difficulty workforce personalities and conflict management

Initially report to Physician and communication was concise, clear and frequent. The Management structure changed and I needed to adapt.

Conflict management

I truly had a PASSION for this job. The staff, patients, the project management, care and satisfaction being able to render to patients , the environment of the Free Standing Ambulatory Center
