Bullet Media, Inc. is looking for a search marketing specialist to build, manage and optimize campaigns on Google Adwords, manage daily performance reporting and identify key trends and possible optimizations, and sustain and form new business relationships with partners. Bullet Media distributes a variety of free software on sites that we own and manage. You will collaborate with our technical and creative team to tailor Ad campaigns to current websites and landing pages, and you will report and analyze daily performance in order to optimize the ad campaigns.

We're a start-up with amazing growth and ability, and have built ourselves up to being one of Google Adwords' largest advertisers with millions of visitors to our websites every month. Originally started as a marketing company to promote desktop software, we are now developing custom proprietary browser plugins that help make the web more social and fun.
-Research and generate keywords for software products
-Develop compelling ad creatives - mostly text and some images
-Structure, build and upload campaigns using spreadsheet software
-Help plan, design & optimize websites tailored to ad campaigns
-Write copy for websites that is closely relevant to ads and campaigns
-Track and report on performance on a daily basis including cost, revenues and ROI
-Optimize campaigns to grow traffic as well as improve ROI
-Manage translations to launch similar campaigns in other languages
-Manage current partner relationships, and build new partner relationships
-Conduct competitive research to find new opportunities
-Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Adwords or other PPC platforms
-Good understanding of online performance marketing including tracking, attribution, etc
-Analytical and Quantitative mindset
-Intermediate to Advanced level with Excel
-Experience with multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) is a bonus
