The Position:

You will do everything from helping the owner deal with incorrect telephone bills to being the voice of the company on social media sites to coordinating our company’s charitable events. It will never be boring as our industry changes so rapidly you’ll constantly be learning new things and growing.

A Partial List of What You’ll Be Doing:

- Social media for us (and possible some of our clients)
- Online directory submissions for clients
- Scheduling speaking engagements and making travel arrangements
- Contacting clients (claiming a listing, updating payment information, etc.)
- Sending client gifts
- Ordering office supplies
- Coordinating our charitable involvement
- Assisting our sales person with meeting prep
- Making our office hum

Competitive salary + paid vacation + company paid: health, dental, life & disability insurance
