We have an immediate opening for a Restaurant Manager who is motivated, organized, detail oriented, possesses great communication and leadership skills, and demonstrates a positive attitude every day. We seek to add a team member that shares our vision of providing an impeccable dining experience for our guests, building on our commitment to contributing to the community. The Restaurant Manager works directly with the Chef de Cuisine to continually refine our unique style of service and to promote performance initiatives that foster a positive team environment.
In concert with the Chef de Cuisine, other key managers and various technologies, monitor sales trends while controlling costs of operating budget. Ensure a high level of human resource compliance according to company policy and procedure. Create strategies to improve performance as directed by variances to budget and guest expectations. Coordinate staffing requirements to meet varying and seasonal service volumes.
*Surveys restaurant demand; confers with community members; prepares financial, marketing, and sales projections, analyses, and estimates.
*Meets restaurant financial objectives; prepares strategic and annual forecasts and budgets with accounting team; analyzes variances to budget; initiates corrective actions; monitors financial controls.
*Maintain POS integrity to ensure accurate reporting and timekeeping.
*Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, public and community relations programs; evaluates program results; identifies and tracks changing demands.
*Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures; implements production, productivity, quality, and patron-service standards; identifies and implements system improvements.
*Maintains customer satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiates improvements; builds relationships with customers.
*Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, and scheduling; communicates job expectations; plans, monitors, appraises, and reviews job performance; plans and reviews compensation strategies; enforces policies and procedures.
*Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complies with health and legal regulations; maintains security systems.
*Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
