Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – York, PA – November 14, 2017
Working and being told that you cannot make decisions because you are not paid to make them. Supervisor micromanaged all aspects of job. Workplace culture was either you play the political game, or you are not in the crowd, and you are bullied.
General Manager (Former Employee) – Perth Amboy, NJ – September 26, 2017
Extremely fast paced and competitive environment in the NY Metro market. Re-distribution was not totally embraced or understood in the Metro market by upper management. Hardest part of position was dealing with two different labor unions. Best part was being engaged daily in a competitive environment.
Warehouse/Driver (Former Employee) – Fenton, MI – September 25, 2017
Job was okay. Drivers don't have to do much for the delivery so they just load and unload full pallets. Not much exercise involved in this job. Warehouse workers have the physically demanding job at this company.
Sales Associate (Current Employee) – Kansas City, MO – September 19, 2017
This is a great place to work! There are many long tenured employees, which shows it's a place to come and stay. The people are nice and friendly. Everyone works hard, and seems to enjoy what they do. This is a place I'd recommend applying to work at.
Friendly people and atmosphere, great leadership, product line is extensive and there's always something more to learn.
Due to size of organization, approval process can sometimes be lengthy
Packer (Former Employee) – Bensalem, PA – August 29, 2017
Fast paced environment, constant lifting, productive, teamwork, constant work, organized, picking orders for packing, learning new ways to make your quota for the day. Great place to work, management was good, they were fair to all the employees.
Picker/Packer (Current Employee) – Sumner, WA – August 29, 2017
You have mandatory over time. The people who work there are great. Sometimes we'll have potluck or barbecue days which is cool. It's good management and the supervisors are nice too. Pretty good environment to work in compared to other places.
Breaks every 2 hours and lunch after 4 hours of working.
IT Consultant (Former Employee) – Creve Coeur, MO – August 14, 2017
Company has great customer and client support. They provide great products to customers and distributors; however, their technology is not nearly up to the 21st century. IT areas promise jobs to contractors and then back out or converting to permanent even though the worker was doing a "great job." Exhausting environment to work in and people are not encouraged by management to be inclusive in diversity, age, or work status level.
Hardly any overtime; Great Sales providers in the Fields
Time Clocks on Professional employees, Teamwork not encouraged, Software is antiquated;
Order Selector (Current Employee) – Anaheim, CA – July 17, 2017
Daily meeting with stretching , inspect lift grab load sheet and hope they gave you orders that allow you to meet their quota . Some weeks they ask for x amount of lines per hour others its x amount of lines total or percentage logged in ... very confusing and favors those that they choose to succeed Please help workers grow instead of put them down . Some type of management during night shift would help, its hard to manage your workers from your phone or hideing in the back all night
