Service Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative, Hawthorne, NY - September 12, 2016
Fast past. had to be able to Multi task through out the day. Plenty of phone calls, email. Had to speak with sales, customer service, technicians and upper management. Also to customers. Learned how to deal with all of the above in a professional matter. Co-workers were great to a point. Some were not so. Hardest part of the day when people called out sick and I had to pick up the slack. Leaving to go home.
