Great company-missing opportunities

I was hired as first representative with company to get them added business and exposure, and days later had a manager. Company expanded to 165 employees in a matter of one year, and I became employee number 48 with no access to CEO, whom I have deep respect and high regard for. My understanding was to initially get some sales and then work with leadership team to formulate a new year plan. That did not happen, and numbers now seem to be the main influence of success. I was released of my duties August 6 and hold no animosity to this company. I tried to sell their story and culture but could just not format a means to share our CFO substance abuse, fraud and embezzlement into my detail. Sorry, and good luck in future.
