If you want a nice, very clean, contemporary environment to work in this is it. Nothing will be out of place. Work wise, not so great. The first day they will overwhelm you with information, half of which doesn't pertain to your job and a fourth of which they don't do that way. Once on your own they won't give you much direction and when you make a mistake they don't work with you to correct it they just will take the work away. I was having to learn by trial and error and felt I was progressing nicely for the time I was there and I had a great repoire with the customers. Sadly, they don't have enough orders coming in to keep you busy. Much of the merchandise is discontinued and not available. Most days it seemed I did as many returns for poor quality merchandise as I took orders. It's not very enjoyable to sit for hours and not have anything to do. But they will just get rid of you and go on to the next person. It seems to be a pattern. Two of the office trainers don't seem interested in keeping people on they pretty much want it to just be them. They want everything channeled through them but are annoyed when you do. If you want to work a couple of months and leave I guess this is the job for you! Good Luck!
