A good first job
Car Hop (Former Employee), Cedar Park, TXMay 27, 2014
Pros: tips, schuale flexability
Cons: one of the managers is a jerk
I made minimum wage plus tips, they were very understanding with my school schedule and it was the perfect first job. However, you start to hate it after a while but you stay for the money. One of the managers is extremely immature and unprofessional, he tends to say hurtful things with out realizing it.

Pros: free lunch, tips
Its been a very long time since I've worked here and it was short lived also. I've enjoyed everything about this job, the customers, co-workers, management, and food. The hardest part was getting laid off due to new management.

Great work environment, fast pace
Cashier/Customer Service (Former Employee), San Antonio, TXJuly 29, 2013
Pros: free lunches/ great work environment
Cons: sometimes difficult to keep pace with orders
Working at Bush's was fun and very fast pace I had to deal with customers throughout the entire day and was constantly busy. I learned how to provide great customer service and how to manage my time correctly. The managers always knew how to keep not only the customers happy but also the workers. I had a lot of fun working there and my co-workers were – more... work oriented and easy to work with. The most difficult part of the job was keeping up with orders and making sure they were given to the customers quickly and correctly. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with great people and providing people with great food and service. – less

Pros: discount's for students ad employees.
Cons: food is not fresh unless requested.
The old management wasn't so great. Asst. managers never really did anything helpful during rush hour. Security was not great at all.

It was a fun enviroment to work in the people were happy and everyone got along, it was always clean and the workers enjoyed there job.
Cashier, Food handler, waitress, cleaning (Former Employee), Killeen, TXNovember 7, 2012
Pros: free fountain drinks, free lunches, great employers
Cons: no benefits, short breaks, minimum wage, getting paid every week
A typical day at work for me would be to clock in take orders, package the food, deliver, and ring them up at the cash register, when the day is over we cleaned our stations and went home. In my time i was working there i learned it is important to get along with your coworkers, to stay professional, and to treat the customers with respect and with – more... a smile on your face. I got along with my managers very well i did as i was told and treated them with respect so we got along, by far the coolest. I learned i had to get along with my coworkers because if i didnt htere would be tention in the workplace and it slows down how you do your job, The hardest part of my job was probably cleaning all the dishes and stations at the end of the day, after a long tiring day of being on your feet all day the last thing you want is to be carrying around n cleaning heavy equipment. The most enjoyable part of the job would be just getting along with the customers and my co workers if we had a good time it made working alot more fun. – less

Fun Workplace
Car Hop (Former Employee), Corsicana, TXAugust 13, 2012
The workload for a teenager in high school was a little too much. There were some nights I would not get home until 12 o'clock on a school night. Other than that it was fun to work there and many co-workers became life long friends. Management was poor we had new managers2 or 3 times in the short time I worked there. Fianlly the place shut down.
