I would typically start my work day by reviewing the prior days activity and trades. I was always learning knew software to better mange our reporting to public auditors for our quarterly reports (10-Q). The office environment has always been very friendly and as a team everyone has always been very motivated. The most challenging part of my roles has been working my job for 8 hours then continue usually for an additional 5 hours working closely with our independent auditors. 13 to 15 hour days was the norm. The most enjoyable part of the job was seeing the difference I was ble to make and watch the company flourish.

Management always tried their best to treat people fairly and address co-workers by name. However, the atmosphere was no always light because most people were not compensated for their work and there was no room for advancement in the company.
