News Editor/Team Lead (Former Employee) – New York, NY and Dallas, TX – May 15, 2016
Business Wire was an outstanding experience. It is highly structured, micro-managed and regimented, which is to the chagrin of most of its employees. However, such an approach is necessary for a company that size. It is a brand-name company in the competitive world of press release dissemination. The benefits are incredible, with gym allotments and travel stipends (in larger cities) being among the perks.

BW is a strong first job but I would move on from it after two years and find a company that will compensate you adequately and not take your hard work and efforts for granted. They need to appreciate strong employees and treat them as such.
Beautiful Office Location, Great Annual Sales Meeting, except roomate situation, gret health insurance, that is the best part, health insurance!
No short term disibility, below average salary paid and horrible advancement opportunities

This is a job that I stood here way to long. This job is very monogamous You do the same thing over and over. Nothing changes. They rather create a new job and give it to an outsider rather then give it to a person in house
office staff (Former Employee) – san francisco – September 13, 2012
Overall, a good place to work. The work is interesting, no matter what position you have there. There seems to always be a new challenge, which motivates you to do more, but therein lies a problem. When you get motivated to do more, be careful not to "step on toes". As with many larger companies, to succeed there concentrate on your specific piece of the work to be done and do it right. Stay within the rules given to you.
