Client Relationship Development Manager (Former Employee) –  Boston, MAMay 14, 2017
BW is a strong first job but I would move on from it after two years and find a company that will compensate you adequately and not take your hard work and efforts for granted. They need to appreciate strong employees and treat them as such.
Pros
Beautiful Office Location, Great Annual Sales Meeting, except roomate situation, gret health insurance, that is the best part, health insurance!
Cons
No short term disibility, below average salary paid and horrible advancement opportunities

Benefits and salary okay
Overnight Copy Editor, International Desk (Former Employee) –  New York, NYNovember 11, 2015
Benefits and salary are good. Managers aren't. The managers are task masters and the work environment is like a sweatshop. They make you know that you are lucky to be earning your salary every day.

Supervisor/Level 2 HelpDesk (Former Employee) –  New York, NYOctober 6, 2015
This is a job that I stood here way to long. This job is very monogamous You do the same thing over and over. Nothing changes. They rather create a new job and give it to an outsider rather then give it to a person in house
Pros
good team
Cons
Can get stafante quickly

Good work environment, great co-workers, not enough pay, a lot of time to read, good if you're studying and working. Relaxing environment, not micromanaged, not stressful

Horrible local management

Not a true outside sales position. Local management is unprofessional and focuses on petty issues. Decent base salary. Company practices antiquated.

For the most part, an AE worked alone. All decisions regarding products and personnel are based on a numbers culture. At times, that is detrimental.
Pros
nice offices
Cons
no communication with management

Fast-paced, interesting place to work
office staff (Former Employee) –  san franciscoSeptember 13, 2012
Overall, a good place to work. The work is interesting, no matter what position you have there. There seems to always be a new challenge, which motivates you to do more, but therein lies a problem. When you get motivated to do more, be careful not to "step on toes". As with many larger companies, to succeed there concentrate on your specific piece of the work to be done and do it right. Stay within the rules given to you.
Pros
location
Cons
can be restrictive to creative types
