The ABA Therapist / Tutor position consists of implementing individualized educational and behavioral programming designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), including: Direct 1:1 Therapy service in a child’s home, school, or other natural environment. Teaching new academic, behavioral, social, and daily living skills. Effectively responding to and minimizing difficult or disruptive behaviors. Creating a fun, motivating experience to generate the highest level of performance for every individual. Collecting data on programming targets and utilizing an online system to enter, track, and view progress. Providing support to parents, teachers, and caregivers to make the most of their efforts in making our programs universal across all areas of the child’s environment.
A minimum of 48 college credit hours required or a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping children achieve their true potential. Experience working with children, especially those with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred. Strong computer skills preferred and reliable internet connection to input data consistently is required.

It is a part-time position. Looking for candidates to work at least 3 afternoons Monday through Friday between 3pm to 7pm. Applicant must be okay with traveling up to a 30 mile radius from home.
