-Proactively prospects and develops new accounts for offshore and On-site IT services in areas related to Business Intelligence,Data Warehousing, Cloud Computing,virtual IT services.
-Calls on key decision makers over the phone as well as in person to establish new business opportunities.(expect the person to make at least 20 calls per day and 2 to 5 client visits per week)
-Should be in a position to provide weekly status reports along with monthly sales targets
-Participates in professional and industry specific networking events to ensure company presence in assigned territory.
-Proactively markets the various IT service options to new clients
-Demonstrated ability in meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
-Possesses excellent time management skills including the ability to work with minimum supervision.
-Solid understanding of managing, and developing assigned sales territory
-Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to develop presentations and present to management
-Ability to create and respond to RFP/RFQ requests, with inputs from Management.
-IT recruiting experience, based on requirements, have the ability to post jobs on various leading job sites and process resumes, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews , present to client, and post acceptance work with H.R to onboard resources at client site or at our on-site or offshore office
-Bachelor's degree preferred
-Minimum 3-5 years in selling IT offshore services, Account Management and/or Business Development within the services industry.
-Proven track record of exceeding sales quota's
-Possess strong ability to set weekly meetings with Client side IT Executives.
-Successful candidates should possess a result oriented mentality and be financially motivated.
-Prior exposure and in depth knowledge of IT skill sets/IT technical terminology, and technical requirements.
-Prior ability to develop strategic account management plans, execute and deliver on territory/account goals and objectives
-Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, identify and resolve problems
