Recruiter, Auburndale, FL - April 23, 2016
I was welcomed into the company with open arms. little did I know that the company was ran like a government operation being a salaried employee I felt like even more like an hourly employee but treated like a military person. Just ridiculous things started to happen on the first few days of my employment I can't going to detail to keep my name anonymous of fear retaliation because I would not doubt for one second that that company would follow through with something like that. If you are thinking of going to work for them as an employee or a driver think again! I was a recruiter and I know we didn't pay our driver near enough compared to the competitors. unless you think $.36 a mile and staying out for three weeks and driving to New York is good enough for you. On top of all that you need two years of experience even to get in. I feel mainly because in this day and age is not what you know it's who you know and the person who runs the company is Sean Bynum and that explains it all. The Company on a whole For employees and driving is a joke!!! I have worked for several different companies in the same industry for over 10 year and this one is by far has lowest standards I've ever seen in my life on all counts!
