Worst organization I have ever worked for
Sales (Former Employee), NY – April 8, 2013
This company is by far the worst organization I have ever worked for. The entire company is completely inefficient, and management has absolutely NO respect for subordinates. There are meetings about meetings and reports about reports. Company dinners and retreats for executives while workers are given inadequate systems that don't even work!!!!! Long – more... hours, mandatory overtime, costly benefits, a clear sense of elitism displayed by exec. management. No room for advancement, and the morale in the office is AWFUL. The one saving grace is most of the people, who happen to be extremely hard working and caring- however when a team of over 40 people refer to their boss as "Sargent Slaughter", you know exactly the kind of atmosphere this is office is. Byram better stop exploiting workers and appreciating what they have, because they are certainly gaining a reputation as a terrible company to work for. – less

Perfection
Extern (Current Employee), Downers Grove, IL – March 7, 2013
It's a great place to work. I say this because, they are more then willing to help you if you need it. The atmosphere is a positive one.

had to work while construction was going on around me for months
Staff Accountant (Former Employee), White Plains, NY – October 17, 2012
Hard to work for a company with such a high turn over rate. Seemed at time as management did not care for their employee well being. Standard and structure within department were not well set.

Mediocre Job at Best
Recieving/Picker (Former Employee), Bound Brook – October 7, 2012
Cons: 2 ten minute breaks and a half hour lunch, no managerial skills in the company, disorganzation, mandatory overtime, hours were 10:30-7 or 9am-8pm
When offered a position to work at this facility I was told I was going to be working a receiving position. I was at first told I would be starting at the bottom in order to get to know the inventory before I would start actually working in receiving. I was taping boxes for 2 weeks initially in a non climate controlled warehouse. I was then moved to – more... picking orders which I did for about a month and a half. No mention of receiving by the supervisor and very little contact with any administrative employees above him. The temperature reached over 100 degrees over the summer and I also found there is no heat in the winter. The warehouse itself was disorganized and unkempt. 90% of the workers there seemed to have been in temporary status's for up to a year without being hired on.
A typical day here consisted of walking in and carrying as many multi-sized boxes as you could to your cart and proceeding to pick for 8 hours returning to the back of the warehouse for more boxes as needed. Broken ladders where used and the aisles are numbered haphazardly. The work itself was exhausting considering how much searching you had to do to find your items. I learned at this job that I am capable of much more challenging tasks and felt I was being taking advantage of because of their need for someone to pick orders. I felt more of an urge to reorganize the product in the warehouse and wish I had the authority to at least have a stock and inventory program installed to keep track of product numbers and locations. – less
