I had a bad experience with a bad manager, but I think the company was grate. The culture is about quality and honesty. They allowed enough time to accomplish tasks so that they are done well.

Fun environment but very stressful

Pros: customers are very nice and friendly
Cons: cant advance in the company, or even become a full time employee
They really dont care about there employees. They make it very dificult to advance and they favor people that are on managment and dont defend the little man in shorter terms

Company employs many excellant workers. I enjoyed my job and the responsibilities I was charged with.

Pros: many dedicated and skilled employees.
Cons: poor allocation of labor at times, including management.
Privately owned company that paid reasonably well. Currently going through change of focus which has caused them to contract operations in some areas.
