Worst place I've ever worked
Independent Contractor (Former Employee), Salt Lake City, UTSeptember 16, 2014
Pros: nice equipment
Cons: everything
They are going to pay the LEAST of any company (except Swift maybe). You are going to be made fun of for driving an England truck. You will never get home and will wind up homeless working for them since you will not be making any money with them.

Working for this company does not pay the bills and I can not take care of home the way I need to they don't pay good it's a good place to start and use for a stepping stool to get truck driving experience but that's it not good as far as making money and trying to take care of a household

Good Learning Experience
Truck Driver (OTR) (Former Employee), Salt Lake City, UTSeptember 1, 2014
Pros: traveling, seeing the wild life in the states.
Cons: long, cold hard work hours.
Although the hours were long, visiting cities I just read about and seeing the wild life was well worth it all. Meeting people from all walks of life, some good and some you wouldn't take home to meet the family. Winter times out on the roads were the toughest to grasp. Had to watch out for strong winds, rain and snow. I have a new found respect for – more... truck drivers. The Management needs to go out on the roads with the truckers to see what they go through on a daily basis to understand how to fully treat their drivers. – less

OTR truck driver
OTR driver (Former Employee), Waxahachie TexasAugust 19, 2014
I had just got my CDL a month before starting CR England. The main purpose of me going with this company was to get my experience driving a truck. I did 35,000 miles in a little over 2 months. I drove through 3/4th of the states in the country. I got experience driving on the open highway and also got experience driving in and out of congested cities. – more... I left after 2 month because I was offered a job in the oil field. – less
