Great place to begin learning and getting started with a CDL.
Truck Driver (Former Employee) – Salt Lake City, Utah – March 2, 2014
I spent 2 weeks in class room training, and then 2 weeks training along side class mates learning to drive a semi and trailer and then was sent out for 30 days with a trainer and then started on my own driving for the next couple years.
Office Clerk (Current Employee) – Utah – March 26, 2017
CR England has helped me hone many of my skills and learn new skills. The structure of upper management is not currently working. I have truly given my all to this company, and then some. I love my coworkers, but benefits and morale could definitely be better. There is a freeze on raises and bonuses have been cut as much as 50% since early 2016. There is no job security; you wonder if you are the next one to be escorted out the door with a box, even if you know your performance is outstanding. Now is not the time to get a job with this company.
Truck Driver Class A (Former Employee) – Salt Lake City, UT – March 24, 2017
Good company for training and to start with, some executives and staff treat drivers poorly, you can be replaced. Long hours, paid less than industry standard. Get trained, get your CDL then find a better place to work.
Driver (Current Employee) – Salt Lake City, UT – March 22, 2017
Never drove a big rig good place to learn how as long as you listen to the instructors. They will teach you how. Think the classes are a little to big but overall good place to learn how to drive truck and get your cdl
The course is fast paced, really meant for people with a natural sense of trucking. But if your dedicated you can learn the basics. Instructors need to be on one accord, but overall you can pass if you apply your self. Pay could be better but you do crawl then walk. I'm over satified.

Place is nice. most of the people are nice. Wish they had a fund for people that came here with no money to eat. For example if the company drivers donated $5 a month to help there fellow new drivers, that would be great!

Class A CDL Driver (Former Employee) – Colton, CA – March 14, 2017
Working for cr England was actually a great experience for me and I hope I'll be able to jump back on the wagon . Trainers are a bit grouchy when you need some help but who wouldn't be when you aren't getting ur full 8
Great place to start driving, and become a driver trainer.
Truck Driver Class A (Former Employee) – Reno, NV – March 13, 2017
I worked on a Walmart dedicated dry/refrigerated fleet. I started my day at the Walmart DC picking up my load, continuing on to make several delivery stops to Walmart stores in Nevada, California, and Oregon. Occasionally there were loads that were picked up from vendors on behalf of our customer after the initial delivery route had been completed. Driver Managers, office staff, and fellow drivers consider each other family, and work closely together to get the best results for the customers. The hardest part of the job is dealing with being away from family and working long hours, but that is tied to the trucking industry in general. The most enjoyable part of the job for me was the feeling after making all my deliveries safely and on time, and having a safe and reliable place to stop for the night in my truck. You get what you put in, if you work hard and do your job to the best of your ability anybody can be successful with C.R. England.
Steady work, Good pay, Safe docks at Walmart stores.
Away from family for a week or longer at a time, long hours.
