Contractor (Former Employee), Continental US – October 27, 2014
Pros: the pay is not horrible, as long as you never stop your truck.
Cons: too many to count, better just to never deal with them.
At times the company will keep you moving as much as they can, but other times you could end up sitting around for a day or two, and you cannot make money sitting. It is extremely hard to get home time if you do not live near one of their main hubs, I especially found it difficult to get back to Western Washington, even giving the company a month in – more... advance notice. Management overall while I worked there was marginal at best, and you will hear a lot about they care about their drivers, but that is not what you see when you are driving for them. I highly recommend never working for this company, and I never will again. – less

Get your CDL with in 2 weeks and be on the road afterwords. You will be with a trainer for about 2 months, then you are on your own or with a partner if you choose it. It depend on you how much you want to make.

Pros: commission was amazing
Cons: staying late often
Typical day was always something different. Management was great and compensation was good. Hardest part of my job was staying late to make sure team got to where they was needed. I enjoyed this atmosphere. Very friendly.

Pros: nice equipment
They are going to pay the LEAST of any company (except Swift maybe). You are going to be made fun of for driving an England truck. You will never get home and will wind up homeless working for them since you will not be making any money with them.

Working for this company does not pay the bills and I can not take care of home the way I need to they don't pay good it's a good place to start and use for a stepping stool to get truck driving experience but that's it not good as far as making money and trying to take care of a household
