The most typical day is multitasking scheduling commercials and making sure clients are getting needs met while talking to sales people. the days can be long during holidays and special programing, but the satisfaction of a job well done are worth it.

National Account Executive (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXNovember 2, 2017
This job is tough as you have an office manager to report to as well as every station manager you rep. Balancing kudos from some station managers & harsh criticism from others was part of the daily drill. Not all CBS stations are equal in ratings strength.
Pros
401K, Insurance, Compensation
Cons
Cut Throat Atmosphere, Ratings Challenged Stations, Multiple Bosses
