Employee (Current Employee) –  Baton Rouge, LAMarch 30, 2017
When first employed, enjoyed my job. After about a year in, I realized that the company and its employees lacked a beneficial asset - communication. As the years progressed, it didn't get any better. There is a very low morale and top-heavy business structure.
Pros
Location
Cons
Lack of Stability and Progression

Supply Chain Planner (Current Employee) –  Santa Rosa, CAMarch 18, 2017
CDI was great until Jan 01, 2017. The company turned most employees that had a statement of work (SOW) to external temporary workers (ETW) The change meant all employee benefits were taken away including vacation and paid medical premiums.
Pros
Managers and Employees
Cons
Benefits are no longer available

Professional Contracting Agency - Excellent Management!!
Quality Assurance/Software Analyst (Former Employee) –  Chattanooga, TNMarch 14, 2017
Managed and assisted client services with the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and support of over 3,000 non-standard (new) software applications on a Windows 95, 98, NT and XP platform to ensure desktop compatible and quality assurance with all standard applications; as well as wrote installation procedures for all company personnel use. Trained new contractors on testing and writing install procedures. Updated the company's compliance procedure manual for management review for the software development, testing and quality assurance teams. Cataloged all applications company-wide to assure accurate inventory and location/usage. Created .pdf files and uploaded applications to the company's web site. Compiled data and created weekly reports to track company wide (by department) the number of applications being used. I can truly say that I enjoyed working for this company and hated to see the contract ended. The company was great to work for. All benefits were good. They treated all employees equally.
Pros
Testing and writing software installation procedures for company personnel.
Cons
I have no complaints other than the project was contracted and it ended too soon.

Not the best company to be apart.
Payroll Administrator (Former Employee) –  Cross Lanes, WVJanuary 11, 2017
CDI is a lie and a joke. The recruiters make it sound good over the phone to recruit you. It is like any other job where you get your feet wet then weeks later they will try to get over. There was a lot of favoritism going on at the end of the day you will be doing your work and someone else's while they get to go missing. They pressure you into getting the job done with little training. Management was not the best
Pros
Great co workers
Cons
Pay. Management.

The people I worked with was great, and the managers were the best I have ever worked for. Pay could be better but it was not to bad. The only bad thing with this job was the horrible health insurance they offered.

Great people and great place to work.
The most enjoyable part of the job it there is always something new to learn, about the system and the job itself. Learning is always a great tool to enhance the skills and there is always that opportunity at CDI.

Poor communication between all aspects. All departments and business units are on there own. You are left to fight to get work and hold on to it. Business development is nonexistent.
