The scope of our activities include, site selection, feasibility study, entitlement process, project management, construction management and asset management.

Our company is currently seeking a Construction Superintendent with the ability to manage the project, the subcontractors, and to oversee the entire construction process in the field. The qualified superintendent should have experience with projects ranging from 20,000 sqft and up, as well as Tenant Improvement work. The superintendent will ensure that health and safety project plans are implemented, ensure that the budget is closely watched and recorded, and will also ensure the quality and successful completion of the project.


  • Being on site to oversee the entire construction process
  • Organizing subcontractors and workers to ensure they are performing as required
  • Scheduling projects efficiently
  • Working with the project manager and management team to complete the job successfully
  • General inspection of the workers and their performance and safety
  • Recording the total costs for materials bought and payments for work done
  • Issue and maintain short term schedules
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents


  • 5+ years experience as Superintendent
  • Knowledge of construction principles and practices required
  • Experience with managing different subcontractors and trades
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to communicate well orally and in writing
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with commercial office building projects
  • Knowledge of construction documents and specs
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, and fiscal management
  • Organizing resources and establishing priorities
  • Experience with working with a Project Management team and a successful completion of a project
  • Ability to supervise
  • Ability to schedule and multitask
  • Computer literate
