Provide a wide variety of Administrative support including secretarial, clerical and statistical support to the Division of Medical Genetics. Coordinatiron of care for patients served in the practice in addition to management of data for approved clinical studies are the primary roles of this position. Performs other related duties as needed for efficient day to day functions of the division.
Applicant must be highly organized, detailed oriented, reliable and possess the ability to work independently and efficiently. Candidate must have general analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to screen and prioritize tasks. Must be proactive, self-motivated with a positive attitude. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and discretion.
The applicant must be computer proficient with variety of software's such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point, and prior experience in a medical office is desirable. A bachelor's degree is preferred with 3-5 years or equivalent combination of related administrative or research experience.
