The Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative support to corporate office personnel in an effective and efficient manner.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering all incoming calls and greeting guests and visitors with a positive and professional demeanor
Deliver messages to the proper recipient in a timely and professional manner
Manage and maintain corporate office supply inventory
Manage and maintain office kitchen supplies
Manage incoming mail/packages in an efficient and timely manner
Maintain kitchen and conference room in an orderly and professional appearance
Maintain desk area, keeping it clean and with a professional appearance, and all confidential matters properly secured
Must be customer service oriented
Strong written and oral communication skills
High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
Self-motivated, detail oriented, dependable, professional, and ability to multi-task
Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Typing skills with at least 40 WPM
High school degree, diploma or a GED equivalent certificate from a certified institution
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
$10-12/hr based upon experience
