Productive and Challenging.
Certified Nursing Assistant (Former Employee), Lancaster, CA – May 11, 2013
Pros: enjoying taking care of patients, and their needs. good team work and good communication between co-workers and management.
Cons: sometimes non-communication between co-workers
The most enjoyable part of the job is doing my job right and taking good care of the patients. And when I come home I feel good about myself because the patients are getting cared for.

My day at work
HHA (Former Employee), New Lodon CT – May 10, 2013
A typical day at work: I come in to work make sure all my patients needs are meet, do my job as smothly and and satisfied as possiable to the patient, do what i have to do as my job goes and at the end of the shift go home.
What i have learned: I learned that every person has there way of thinking and resolving there problems in diffrent ways and thats – more... what makes u unique.
My co-workers: i like to help my co-workers i never had a issue with team work.
The hardest part of my job is my patient. i get verry close with them then next thing u know its time to let them go.
The most enjoyable part of my job is making my patients smile, and knowing that i satisfied there needs in every way i could of. – less

Canyon Breeze is a great place to work!
CNA @ Canyon Breeze Senior Living (Current Employee), Orem, UT – May 9, 2013
Pros: when i work graveyard shifts, i can get a little bit of homework done between rounds because the residents are asleep.
Cons: our bosses take out 30 mins of our paychecks for lunch, but we rarely get that amount of time.
A typical day at work includes assisting our elderly residents with their activities of daily living, as well as providing them with loving friendship and comfort. I have learned a great deal of patience and a lot about different medications. The management at both of my CNA jobs has been great. They really care about the residents and their employees. – more... I have loved every CNA co-worker that has worked hard while being cheerful at the same time. The hardest part of being a CNA is what the heavy lifting does to my back. Other than that, I absolutely love it! The most enjoyable part of the job is easily getting to know the residents and growing to love them. I have developed genuine relationships with all of them! – less

Very stressful work environment
covington manor (Former Employee), Fort Wayne, IN – April 28, 2013
I can't say that I learned much from this job. I know that it is important to document every little thing that occurs so that you do not get set up. My co workers were not team players. The hardest part of the job was keeping it. It was very stressful because it was under staffed.I loved my residents and that is what kept me coming back each and every – more... day. – less

Great Place to work
LHC (Former Employee), The Villages, FL – April 19, 2013
Pros: thewhole company
Cons: when our patients load was slowing down
I really enjoyed doing home health, that company was great to work for. Coworkers were great they would help you and teach you new things, like assisting with wound care, not only did I do the home health, but I also worked in the office, faxed scripts to Dr's ,logged in and out all mail. I also did, life line unites
