Typical day for working with Senior Helpers was very productive. I performed the following job duties:
*ADL's
*house duties
*prep/cook meals
*hygiene care
*transfers
Management was very nice and worked well with availibility to work.

Training was done at Maxine Waters Service Center 4. I learned new skills as well went over skills I've already come across working as a home health aide. Worked with convalescent care patients.

The most enjoyable part of the job is doing my job right and taking good care of the patients. And when I come home I feel good about myself because the patients are getting cared for.

A typical day at work: I come in to work make sure all my patients needs are meet, do my job as smothly and and satisfied as possiable to the patient, do what i have to do as my job goes and at the end of the shift go home.
What i have learned: I learned that every person has there way of thinking and resolving there problems in diffrent ways and thats – more... what makes u unique.
My co-workers: i like to help my co-workers i never had a issue with team work.
The hardest part of my job is my patient. i get verry close with them then next thing u know its time to let them go.
The most enjoyable part of my job is making my patients smile, and knowing that i satisfied there needs in every way i could of. – less

A typical day at work includes assisting our elderly residents with their activities of daily living, as well as providing them with loving friendship and comfort. I have learned a great deal of patience and a lot about different medications. The management at both of my CNA jobs has been great. I enjoyed helping people. Not a bad company to work for. Traveling from home to home took it's toll occaisionally.

working as a cna is amazing. I enjoy it because I know every resident/patient is different. Each presents their own challenges but they also present their own perks. I like the smiles the give me when they are satisfied with my work.

MED REMINDERS ONE ON ONE CARE PERSONAL CARE EDERLY HOME SERVING MEALS

I can't say that I learned much from this job. I know that it is important to document every little thing that occurs so that you do not get set up. My co workers were not team players. very good doctor to work with and nice co workers, very clean an fast pace . you lran something new everyday , an if you had questions they answer them in a good manner, very nice , friendly people

Fast paced work enviornment. Got to know the patients on a personal level. I learned time managment skill, EMRs, and the ability to connect with people. The hardest part of the job was the End of Life care.

Covenant Hospice is a great place to work for patients and volunteers; the atmosphere is very supportive and nurturing.

I get to enjoy excersice class and fun activitys with my residents,
I enjoy all the clients that I see on certian days

I really enjoyed doing home health, that company was great to work for. Coworkers were great they would help you and teach you new things, like assisting with wound care, not only did I do the home health, but I also worked in the office, faxed scripts to Dr's ,logged in and out all mail. I also did, life line unites

This was a small hospital; however, management within this organization was good and very professional. Manager often interacted with staff. There was very good rapport.
