American Cable & Telephone is currently looking for Comcast Retention & Collection Specialists. ACT has a vested interest in getting you started in the industry, we will provide the training you need to be successful and also have the highest Comcast Retention & Collection Specialist pay rates in Massachusetts or New Hampshire. Positions available in the following areas:
MASSACHUSETTS - North Shore, Somerville, Fitchburg, Leominster, Clinton, Salem, Beverly, Lynn, Haverhill, Woburn, NW Boston/Merrimack, and Boston Metro West
NEW HAMPSHIRE - Manchester, Nashua, Sommersworth, and Concord (Seacoast Region)
Retention & Collection Specialists Summary:
American Cable & Telephone, LLC is currently looking for Retention & Collection Specialists to retain existing accounts with an emphasis on retention. ACT provides reliable professional sales, installation and repair services for Video, High-Speed Internet, and Telephone products as well. Our Retention & Collection Specialist must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings and Saturday shifts.
Contact existing Comcast subscribers via the telephone AND face to face at the door and collect back balance and/or equipment from the account holder.
FT Specialists average between $500 to $800 weekly.

Requirements for Retention & Collection Specialists:
Must be able to pass background check and drug test
Reliable vehicle with applicable insurance coverage
Self-motivated individuals with a solid work ethic
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and set priorities
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Bilingual a PLUS!!
Collections experience preferred but not required
