Easy job, rate of pay and management make things hard.
Field Service Technician (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILSeptember 9, 2017
Really nice job easy to learn. Easy training the downfall spell CSC service works rate of pay and management. I would recommend this job to a person who wants to learn about appliance repair.
Pros
Easy training
Cons
Rate of pay. Management team seemed racially biased.

management was poor. there was only one side of any story. no accountability. All I can say is in my 20 plus Years in Loss prevention from an hourly associate to a District Manager, This was the worst place, due to the director.

Good Company.
Area Sales Manager (Former Employee) –  Raleigh, NCAugust 8, 2017
Good company. Fun and productive work environment. Good work life balance. I learned a lot about the multi-family industry. This opportunity gave me a good place to grow my career in sales. The hardest part of the job is not having control over other operations persons that have an impact on your job. This can affect the customer experience in a negative or positive way depending on the individuals from other departments. The most enjoyable part of the job is the many relationships that were formed along the way. I enjoyed working with all types of levels of decision makers. A typical day would involve 2 days in the office and 3 days in the field. Office days would consist of sales planning, writing proposals, negotiating contracts and preparing new and renewal contracts for signature.

Not an awful company to work for, but don't expect to get rich.
Service Technician (Former Employee) –  Hammond, LAApril 18, 2017
Being a field service tech can be rewarding, being out on your own and managing your route as you see fit. So long as you're doing your job well, keeping service times down and keeping the customers happy, you won't likely have someone breathing down your neck. However, the pay is subpar, and the benefits aren't much to speak of either.
Pros
Company vehicle
Cons
Pay, benefits, management structure

like any job it has its pros and cons. some management is great, some not so much. a ton of changes are happening now for the better.
a lot of the normal office gossip like anywhere else, but when management fuels and adds to it, its gets old, so unprofessional.

Warehouse Manager / Installation Manager (Former Employee) –  Macedonia, OHAugust 31, 2016
Pay is horrible. Raises are typically a quarter or so. Health care is decent. Time off is decent. Managers are expected to work a lot of hours while the salary does not come close to covering. If you're young and looking to start a career, this is not the place for you.
Pros
uniforms, vehicles for some, benefits
Cons
Pay sucks, oppressive culture

The Tulsa office was a great place to work. The company as a whole was not.
Office Manager (Former Employee) –  Tulsa, OKJuly 24, 2015
I enjoyed everyone that I worked with on a local level in the Tulsa office and people I dealt with at the corporate and regional offices that I spoke with daily. The management is not great. There is no standard across all regional offices and no training when new systems are used.
Pros
Great Co-Workers
Cons
Pay, management

A/R Billing (Former Employee) –  Irving, TXDecember 11, 2014
There was never a dull moment at the office. Even with tons of work to do, management always had ways to make things interesting. A typical day would consist of checking emails, working on whatever was in the inbox pile, and checking in with the boss. The staff was fun and energetic.
Pros
Free meals, fun management, and room to advance
Cons
Low job security
