Achieve minimum monthly sales quota and achieve secondary insurance, buyback and other metrics.

Drives Sales through customer follow up and referrals.

Maintains an accurate and complete customer database in Retail IQ.
Maintains knowledge of all devices, accessories, pricing and services.
Understand the features and operations of devices and educates the customer in their operation.
Maintain knowledge of and adherence to all methods and procedures to include periodic updates.
Activate devices through current systems. Must be computer and business machine literate.
Keep the store’s overall appearance neat and clean for customers, including restrooms!
Complete store opening and closing procedures per company best practices.
Maintain professional and ethical behavior with customers and employees.
Report any breach of company policy to management.
Protect company assets by executing all processes, procedures and marketing programs according to established company methods and procedures.
Report to work on time, ready to work (in job assignment) as scheduled by store management.
Operate and reconcile assigned cash drawer within company guidelines.
Process payments for devices, accessories, and services.
Assist customers in warranty issues and exchanges.
Complete customer returns according to established company methods and procedures.
Process store inventory through Point Of Sale system per approved procedures.
Complete all required training in a timely manner.
Perform duties in a team environment while making decisions that are in the best interest of the customer and the company.
