Consultant running EHR implemenations
Sr. Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Kansas City, MOOctober 19, 2017
Started consulting for Cerner as an Analyst, moved up to Project Management. Highly challenging as the EHR area is constantly changing while in a cut throat environment, due to EHR software being highly competitive. Very rewarding to help manage people on my team and on client side venues to be a part of tools enhancing patient experience and ultimately making dramatic improvements to patient care
Pros
Rewarding, challenging, travel to new locations, meet new people
Cons
Manager, travel

Which makes the job even better.

Customer Service Associate (Current Employee) –  RemoteOctober 2, 2017
The best this position has to offer is that is remote; which provides a great work/life balance. However the lack of development opportunities, make this a great 'short term' position.

It was just to gain experience
Officer (Former Employee) –  Washington, DCOctober 1, 2017
This job was just to gain experience to advance somewhere else. The hours were the worst, the scheduling is unprofessional, and then the checks show up late and short changed.
Pros
Security experience
Cons
Check was never right, could barely get hours

Event Staff (Current Employee) –  Los Angeles, CASeptember 26, 2017
There is various type of job description which include ticket tacker, traffic barricade, alcohol band distributor, and helping with seating. With a guard card, you are given even more opportunities. Some days it can be stressful, other days it can be slow, it depends on the event. The biggest upside is that you can pick and choose when to work.

High impact, intensive place to work, driven by the importance of its mission
Cyber Security Applications Crew Lead, ENG IV (Current Employee) –  Colorado Springs, COSeptember 22, 2017
I am contracted to the Missile Defense Agency from what is now CSRA. The mission drives the importance of the job. The people at CSRA are what makes it great. Everyone knows the importance of what we do, and thus the support infrastructure has grown to help. The hardest part of the job is the stress level that can sometimes occur, but this is much more related to the contract than the company.
Pros
People
Cons
Intensive, high-stress contract
