Position Summary: The Data Integration Analyst Network Specialist is responsible for providing Data Analysis and Integration solutions < --More of this and less of this--> Remote Access connectivity and support to various departments with interrelated activities.
Ensure accuracy & integrity of data & applications through analysis, coding, writing clear documentation & problem resolution.
Perform cursory and in-depth data reviews of received data sets to make assessments of completeness and appropriateness of datasets.
Analyze and establish profiling criteria and reports to efficiently assess quality and completeness of received data.
Prioritize and standardize all data, including but not limited to, corporate accounts payable data, vendor data, electronic vendor statements, and tax data. Typical formats of data are delimited, fixed width, fixed block ASCII text files along with report image files saved as text or text variants.
Perform Data Analysis, Profiling, Reporting, and Standardization for business purposes using a variety of software tools/packages such as IDEA, ACL (Auditor Control Language), Monarch Pro, Access, and SQL Server.
Develop and complete checklists and certification forms for all data received while standardizing the data.
Document all repeatable processes to standards that ensure business continuity and scale as well as facilitate the onboarding and training of additional resources.
Document and contact appropriate people when problems are found with data received.
Participate in conference calls to communicate data deficiencies with received data sets as needed.
Create Ad hoc reports as requested/needed.
Coordinate the provisioning of remote access between clients IT department and CTMi. Complete all paperwork required to establish Remote Access User accounts for CTMi audit staff. Assist in maintaining Remote Access user credentials.
Trouble shoot remote access issues between CTMi users and Clients IT departments Works with Data Acquisition Team to acquire all needed information in setting up Remote Access to client accounting and document imaging/archiving systems.
Setup and Testing of Remote Access
Work with other internal departments to set up Remote Access on each PC (physical and virtual) and assist with problems or issues relating to Remote Access

Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:
This position works in a typical office environment and light lifting is required.
Some travel may be required (very minimal).
Education and Experience Preferred:
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent.
5 to 7 Years of relevant experience working in Data Integration.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to meet customer and government mandated deadlines.
Demonstrated professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical language.
Knowledge and Skills Preferred:
Microsoft Office - Advanced skill level with heavy emphasis in Excel
Experience with Data Extraction & Analysis software like ACL and IDEA
Experience loading data and writing custom queries in Access and SQL Server
Experience with ETL packages and practices
Experience configuring and troubleshooting Firewall / VPN settings for Windows, Cisco, SonicWALL, or any other such solutions
In-depth knowledge of services including Sales and Use Tax, Property Tax, Accounts Payable Recovery.
