Cummins Power South is the official distributor for Cummins in Georgia, Florida, and the Chattanooga, Tennessee area. We provide diesel and alternative-fueled engines and power generation systems as well as sales, parts, service, and engineered solutions. At five certified Coach Care locations, we deliver top-to-bottom RV coach service. Most importantly, we strive to build our customers’ trust through responsive customer support.

Currently, we are recruiting for a highly qualified PM Administrator.
**The salary range is $30K-$32K

CORE RESPONSIBILITES & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Maintain Planned Maintenance customer agreements in the BMS database
  • Create Planned Maintenance work orders and distribute to appropriate branch
  • Create Planned Maintenance agreement invoices per customer payment terms
  • Review profitability statements and notify planned maintenance triad team members that contract is outside target margins or outside auto renew terms
  • Renew agreements per branch or sales direction
  • Send out monthly PM renewal reports to branch management
  • Assist with quoting new PM contracts when needed or assigned
  • Assist with quoting or invoicing rental business activity
  • Assist with managing service sales equipment and software upgrade projects
  • Inside sales, direct mailing & data mining duties

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES (included but not limited to):

  • Completes individual development plan for personal and professional improvement work and attends training sessions, as required.
  • Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
  • Participates in all assigned training.
  • Willing to learn new technologies.

This position requires a hands-on approach directly with PM Service customers, CPS service staff and Triad Sales team members

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Standing 1.0 hours per day.
  • Sitting 6.0 hours per day.
  • Lifting .5 hours per day.
  • Bending .5 hours per day.

CRITICAL SKILL DIMENSIONS:

  • Strong PC and Microsoft Office suite skills (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Effective communication skills-active listening, note taking, writing and speaking
  • Familiarization with BMS modules to include planned maintenance, PM profitability, work orders, and aging reports.
  • Familiarization with custom reporting and Siebel or other CRM tools
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to new concepts and procedures

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • Associate's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical technology or equivalent education, Desired
  • Two or more years in inside sales and competitive bid market activities, Desired
  • Previous experience in customer service and customer problem resolution.
  • Skills must include electrical and mechanical aptitude.
  • A technical background in generators, engines and related components is preferred.
