DPSU has such a great work environment; it was easy to get up and "want" to go to work. We were constantly busy, but the work was satisfying because you had great management. I can remember working in Marketing Funds under such a great manager until even when mistakes were made, you didn't hesitate to own up to them.

Room for growth, co-workers treated one another as family. Great work life balance and management was awesome.

I actually worked in Cadbury Schweppes in the Uk and regularly visited the head office in Bournville, Birmingham and the Head Office of Schweppes which was in Saint Albans ,near London. They were quite different compniaes with different styles but were covered by Uk arrangements for salary scales etc. They were both very professional and because of – more...  their background -Quakers from the Victorian era they were very philanthropic with worker villages (no pubs allowed) and generous employers/ They -Cadbury- were very consultative in style with numerous presentataions to gain commitment to change before introducing same. They were very marketing oriented and proud of their social and industrial heritage as an original family dynasty. They were very Brrtish

Schweppes were more assertive in style and management tended to push things through and were more bottom line driven. Again they were professional but appeared less caring in their attitudes. They had trading agreements in Uk with Coca Cola and seemed more American in style -with all that might entail!!!

A good Company to work in and it would be intersting to know how there culture has changed withe takeover – less

Upper management, office personnel and everyone through out the facility treated each other with respect and worked together as a team should to make the company grow and complete orders for customers in a timely manor. Departments worked together to make sure product coming in and going out flowed smoothly. One great place to work should have stayed – more...  and not left. – less
