Not getting high enough pay. The company offers large sign-on bonuses, but they never give bonuses to employees. They don't ever bother to do anything nice for the employees to take care of them and show appreciation. Christmas parties are bogus and raises are terrible.

Pretty easy, an hour long interview with the director and then an hour in a classroom to see if you like it or not. However, the classroom interview is nothing like what really happens on a daily basis.
