I enjoy problem solving and i am very detailed, my normal day consist of working about 80 accounts a day from the A/R and answering in coming calls from patients resolving billing issue and payment posting, working denial and doing appeals. My manager is very caring and lets her staff working independent, our office is like a big family.
my hardest part of my job is not getting resolution from upper management. The most enjoyable is the people I work with and the daily learning of new billing requirements for continuing education.
