I applied, on-line, the HR Office called me the next day. Interviewed with department head & supervisor, was offered the job, in the spot. Started the next day!
I was in Cherokee, NC property. Harrah's Cherokee Casino & Resort. Great place to work. Went from Food/Beverage, to Security, to Table Games. I am now in Laughlin, NV, which is awesome too! Same application & hire process.

They don't like to hire older candidates I was offered the lowest job And what they couldn't fill jobs. Laundry, housekeeping, $9.00 per. Hour shame on them.

At Harrah's Cherokee Casino & Resort, Cherojee, NC. Many of the prep & line cooks did not have a high school diploma or GED. It is preferred, but not required, there. It may have changed, but not likely, considering the demographics of that area.
