The workdays here consist of mainly technical support in some fashion. Either on the phone, answering tickets, or going through web-based coding. Management is pretty laid back as we all work very hard at what we do. The atmosphere is pretty amazing and all the people here are great to work with. Best part of the job is probably the humorous moments with the other employees. Worst part is telling clients our software does not as of now or will not in the future, do what their company needs. Our software can be asked to be very fine tuned to a particular business model in some cases.
