Could improve their success if they put more value on employees.
District Manager (Former Employee) – FL – August 30, 2012
If you are looking for a long term career/job this is probably not the company for you. Health insurance is only offered to managers and above and is abosolutely astronomical. No match on 401K. Only nice benefits are vacation, holiday, personal time (which is nice but thats all you get). Policies... make them up as they go... If you were to be a supervisor it would be a constant challenge to keep a staff b/c of extremely low compensation with no raises offered, no health benefits, retirement, etc. Employee retention = Very Low, Employee happiness = Very Low
office (Former Employee) – Costa Mesa, CA – January 7, 2016
Employees typically get in any time between 8-9am and leave any tie between 5-6pm. Job expectations are not always made clear. Promotions are almost always from within. Everyone is friendly and gets along. CEO is friendly and present often, enjoys throwing parties for the employees and treating them out.
