Duties: Develop financial models, financial statements, and analysis. Conduct budget, cost, and credit analyses. Analyze financial data, spot trends, and develop forecasts. Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in future investments and formation of long-term real estate strategy. Provide support in the analysis and review of land acquisitions. Analyze data to determine present and future financial performance and make recommendations for strategies and initiatives to improve financial performance. Support all aspects of annual strategic planning, annual operating planning, and monthly forecast processes. Identify short- and long-term operational requirements and perform cash flow analyses to assess budgeting and report results to management. Serve as a contact for financial investors and prepare investment materials. Prepare financial presentations in relation to new real estate investment opportunities.
Requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field, plus one (1) year of financial analysis, business management, or related experience developing strategic business plans; overseeing business investment and financing; developing and implementing financial strategies; and implementing e-commerce, business to business (B2B) marketing, or related practices.
