This Web site, CREN® On-line, is the dynamic version of its parent newspaper. It offers the same great content with the added bonus of daily updates and corrections. Virtually every residential property advertised in the newspaper is on-line. Grouped within its type and neighborhood or district, each property is then sorted by price (even if the price wasn't in the paper), and if its a new, hot listing we show that too! If there is a scheduled public open house, that information is automatically linked to the property detail view.
A unique feature to this Web site is the grouping of properties from large display advertisements. Not only are they grouped by the advertiser with extra, custom information, but are also shown related to similar property types with standardized specifications. This is hard to do in the printed version, but a logical improvement for Web-savvy readers.
