Pathetic oxnard California
Loan processor (Former Employee) –  Oxnard, CAJune 18, 2016
My company was acquired by caliber, I didn't choose to go there on my own. upfront was nicely coated in sugar, good training, warm welcomes......once in operations as a processor, was nothing but a joke from facility to trashy mouthed staff gossiping about Hollywood stars, drugs and wine. Low budget everything for such a money maker!......they care about money, not the customer......least of all its employees. Bullying overlooked, overworked, micromanaged and threatened for not meeting very unrealistic goals.....operating system is archaic. They need to go back to the drawing board.
Pros
It was a job
Cons
Dishonest, unorganized, unethical, below standard pay

Horrible Branch Manager and office
Loan partner (Former Employee) –  Southcenter, WADecember 9, 2015
This is by far the WORST place I've ever worked. The branch manager is not approachable, intimidating, rude and has no idea how to manage. She can't manage 1 team let alone an entire branch. She is driven by loan officers (one in particular due to his high volume) and she doesn't even know that he is breaking all kinds of HR violations and RESPA violations. This company is a hot mess and I am so glad to not have the pressure of the day to day drama this office brings. This company has no clue what "TEAM" means. When this branch manager quit for 30 days or so, it was way better, but she returned and is an awful leader.
Pros
Close to home
Cons
Never took lunch, horrible management, horrible work environment.

Horrible
Everything (Former Employee) –  United StatesJune 26, 2016
Low budget everything for such a money maker!......they care about money, not the customer......least of all its employees. Overworked, micromanaged and threatened for not meeting very unrealistic goals. The operating system is a joke. They for sure care more about quantity then quality. They only worried about the customer when customer threatens legal action. They need to go back to the drawing board. Managers need to be trained to not have temper tantrums at their desks.
Pros
Decent pay
Cons
No family/work balance, need better managers. More attention paid to laws about lunch and breaks required

stressful, walking on eggshells, minority favoritism
Customer service tier II (Former Employee) –  Oklahoma City, OKMarch 27, 2016
Open door policy puts a target on your back. Work place bullying over looked, tenure doesn't seem to matter, managers hired off the street or work as regular cust svc less than 6mo and promote to team supervisor. They are intimidated by minority on their team and overlook them watching movies, texting or surfing net on smartphones. Loved the job in beginning, hated it in the end.
Pros
monthly bonuses
Cons
required ot on Sat and 30 min lunches

Good for short term career. Should promote internal employees more and streamline processes. Other than that this is a good company.

Senior Analytics Analyst (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXMay 18, 2016
The management team does not believe in truth or transparency in their communications. They do not follow through with agreements and do not care to pretend that employees have any kind of life outside of work.
