Pros: separated sick and vacation time
Cons: very antiquated system of banking.
The people here are great to work with. Management has a few things to learn on the side of Human Resources and how to deal with their associates. The benefits are great, 401k, Vacation and Sick time. The banking system is very antiquated and could use some updating. Job security is non existent here. Cons: spotty benefits, promotion opportunities are few and far between
The bank operates with a minimum of staff, therefore it is necessary to stay on top of learning opportunities with an eye toward expanding your skill set. Management has an open door policy and encourages sharing of ideas to improve operations. There are quite a few opportunities for growth and management encourages it.

Pros: small bank feel, great training, and incentives
As a Branch Operations Specialist you support your market area in many areas. You can be assigned to work in a branch for a day or a month. You need to be fully trained in all ares (loans, operations,and sales) to ensure you can help in any situation. I learned how to be extremely flexible, and work with many different types of people. The hardest part – more... of the job was traveling up to 2 hours to get to the branch that needed help. Training is excellent, and was a fun place to work.
