Brown, Sr., based the new company on his own personal reputation for integrity, high ethical standards and devotion to customer service. When my father, Carl G. Effective January 1, 2006 I retired as respects my involvement with the daily operations and general management of California Casualty but remain close to the company as its Chairman.
