Highlights of the role:

As the Learning and Service Operations Specialist, you are:

  • Solving Learning Management System (LMS) issues and generating reports
  • Researching product, policy, technology, and procedure changes to update course materials
  • Revising the text and formatting of current learning documents
  • Changing master training schedules
  • Launching and tracking service and satisfaction surveys; generating survey result reports
  • Handling training operations issues (resources; processes and policies; forms; data management)

Here’s what you bring to the table:

  • You’ve been a “go-to” person for your organization’s LMS issues for at least 2 years (or maybe the go-to person for ERP, HRIS, or database management applications/processes instead)
  • You’re adept with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel—you understand Word Styles, you can create a smart graphic in PowerPoint, and you know how to create a pivot table in Excel
  • You can follow the writing edits of others and have a strong command of English grammar and mechanics
  • You have a great eye for detail—you can spot formatting errors quickly (like different font sizes or inconsistent bolding in a document)
  • You’re a pro in operations support, with several years of experience in helping teams and departments make the most of their days (maybe you’ve been a training operations specialist, a management/executive assistant, an events planner, or an HR specialist in your career)

We’d also be thrilled to find out:

  • You have previous work experience in banking/credit unions/financial services
  • You have an associate’s degree/some college coursework
  • You have some database management or statistical analysis experience
