Pros: friendly staff like family

I learned a lot working for the Foundation. I answered phones and greeted visitors. I sorted incoming mail, created documents if needed.

Prospect Research Manager/Manager, Development (Former Employee), Los Angeles, CAMay 7, 2012
Pros: great benefits for employees
Cons: tremendous amount of work and not enough employees
CCF is a strong institution and has been in existence since 1915. They do amazing work in the Los Angeles Community to support non-profit programs. CCF is a wonderful learning ground to gain knowledge of the non-profit experience. They hire people who are committed to helping to build stronger communities. My co-workers were of the highest caliber with strong work ethics. The hardest part of the job is that the need is so great and there are not enough hours in the day. It was a joy to hear the many stories of CCF's impact on various Los Angeles communities. It was a great feeling of everyone working together for the common good.
